Curt Ritchie graduated from the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1996 and practiced in a mixed animal hospital for five years. A desire to be a practice owner inspired he and his wife to purchase a small animal practice in Baton Rouge in 2000. After years of general practice Curt's interest in dentistry grew and he began taking advanced courses in dentistry and oral surgery. He became a diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College in 2019 and his practice is limited to dentistry and oral surgery. Curt enjoys trail running, hiking, golfing, and spending time with his family which includes his wife, Jennifer (LSU SVM '98), two daughters, Caroline and Kate, who attend LSU, two dogs, a cat and rabbit. He is an avid LSU fan and never misses a football, baseball, or basketball game.
