Her academic journey includes a BS in Communication from Northwestern University and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University. Dr. Hendren's background includes a former career as a musical theater actress, a love for reading, and occasional ventures into karaoke.
Originally from Lexington, KY (Go Cats!), Dr. Hendren and her husband, Jeff, have proudly called the Charlotte area home since 2014. Their family includes two wonderful children and a sweet Golden Retriever named Fiona.
Dr. Douglas Thieme

Dr. Thieme’s passion lies in general practice and surgery, with a special fondness for dentistry. He treasures the long-lasting relationships he's built with his clients, some of whom have been with him since the very beginning. When he’s not in the clinic, Dr. Thieme is likely out for a run, shooting hoops, or enjoying quality time with his wife Erin, their four children—Mitchell, Maureen, Ryan, and Kathleen—and their furry family members: one cat and two dogs.

Amanda Potts
Moore Animal Hospital, Fort Collins, CO
Mandy serves as the Hospital Manager at Moore Animal Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado. Her diverse background in reception, kennel work, and management makes her an invaluable team member. Mandy enjoys connecting with both the pets and their owners, helping them with nutrition and dental care to ensure a longer, healthier life for their pets.
When Mandy's not visiting with hospital pets and their owners, she's relaxing at home with her six dogs and a cat who thinks it’s a dog. She’s also a movie buff and loves visiting nursing homes with her daughter, bringing joy to the residents.

On the Implementation side of her role, she partners with the support teams in SVP’s home office and in the field to help launch new programs and processes. Amy resides in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida with her husband of 20 years Saikham and her French Bulldog, Gimlet.
